Wells Fargo Bank
On June 13, 2007, Tousley Brain Stephens PLLC filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington alleging that Wells Fargo Bank improperly charged annual fees for one Wells Fargo Personal Credit Management line of credit account, Wells Fargo home equity line of credit account, or Wells Fargo Private Client Services line of credit account that should have been waived on certain Portfolio Management Accounts.
The Court granted preliminary approval of a settlement on June 26, 2008.
