IKO Shingles
Tousley Brain Stephens PLLC filed a proposed class action lawsuit, Hight et al. v. IKO Manufacturing et al., in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. The suit alleges that IKO's asphalt shingles fail prematurely, causing consumers to incur property damage as well as early repair and replacement costs. The case is in its early stages and class certification has not yet taken place. A copy of the complaint is available below.
